About me

I am a leadership coach and organizational consultant with more than 20 years of experience in conducting training courses in leadership and teamwork development for various organizations in Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East. I also offer individual coaching for both corporate and private clients.

I started my professional career as a lecturer at Tallinn University in Estonia, where I later also served as Head of the Technology Department. While working as a lecturer, I grew increasingly interested in counselling psychology. This led me to pursue certification as a communication skills trainer and I spent the next several years conducting communication skills courses at both Tallinn University and Estonian Business School.

In order to further expand my knowledge base and skills in this field, I moved on to study gestalt psychotherapy, coaching, and organizational consulting at GIS International (an EAP and EAGT accredited training institute in Denmark) and received my Gestalt Certificate in 2003. During the course of my training at GIS International, I started to work with large multinational organizations in Scandinavia in the area of leadership and organizational development. These studies, combined with my prior experience, have equipped me with the skills to deliver coaching and training interventions with the appropriate depth and intensity ensuring the required impact on clients’ development.

My client base includes organizations of various sizes from a multitude of industries within both the private and public sector. For a number of years I was also involved in conducting training for vocational education teachers. Whereas most of my experience has been attained from working with organizations in the Nordic region, I moved to Luxembourg several years ago and have since then been consulting for various organizations in Western Europe, as well as in Central Asia and Middle East, and lately, due to advances in virtual meetings technology, also in APEC and AMER regions.

Working in different countries with people from contrasting cultural backgrounds has given me invaluable experience in helping people with team development while accounting for the differences in cultures within the unit.

My primary languages are English and Estonian but I also speak Finnish, Russian, and French.
